40-V, 3.6-A H-Bridge Brushed DC Motor Driver with Current Monitor
NSD7310A is a brushed DC motor driver IC. The IC has integrated N-MOSFET and provides all-round protection for the power level, including power supply undervoltage protection, overcurrent protection and overtemperature protection. The product provides 3.6A peak current and supports PWM current regulation, effectively reducing the need for input capacitance during motor startup and stalling. Version A provides the current detection function. The current image is integrated inside the chip, and the current value is provided to the external MCU/ADC through the IPROBE pin, which can be used for current detection and diagnosis.
