Isolated CAN Tranceiver
NSi10xx is an isolated CAN transceiver that integrates two-channel digital isolators and a high-reliability CAN transceiver. Digital isolators are silicon oxide isolation based on Novosense capacitive isolation technology. Highly integrated solutions can help simplify system design and improve reliability. NSi10xx device has passed UL1577 safety certification, supports 5kVRMS insulation withstand voltage, while providing high electromagnetic immunity, low radiation, data rate up to 1Mbps, and can support at least 110 CAN nodes.
