Automotive-Grade High-Precision, Low-Power I2C Digital Interface Temperature and Humidity Sensor
NSHT30-Q1 is a CMOS-MEMS-based automotive-grade relative humidity (RH) and temperature sensor. Integrated on a single chip, NSHT30-Q1 features a capacitive relative humidity sensor, CMOS temperature sensor, signal processor, and I2C digital communication interface, all housed in a 2.5mm*2.5mm*0.9mm DFN package. Its I2C interface, small form factor, and low-power characteristics allow NSHT30 to be widely integrated into various automotive applications. Additionally, NSHT30 offers two selectable I2C addresses, supports communication speeds up to 1MHz, operates over a wide voltage range, ensuring compatibility across different application environments. It also includes programmable interrupt thresholds for alerting and system wake-up without continuous monitoring by a microcontroller.
