MT9103:Magnetic Current/Linear Hall Chips - Factory-programmed linear Hall chips
The MT9103 uses BCD process for high performance and reliability. 3.0V~5.5V working voltage, when there is no applied magnetic field, the output is one-half Vcc, and the output changes linearly with the magnetic field strength. And it has excellent temperature compensation ability, so that the chip can work in the environment of -40~150°C, and maintain excellent performance and consistency.
