MT9109:Magnetic Current/Linear Hall Chips - Factory programmed linear Hall chips
The MT9106, MT9107, MT9108 and MT9109 series are linear Hall-effect lC that responds proportionally to the magnetic flux density. The device can be used for precise position sensing in a wide range of applications. The device operates from 3.0V to 5.5V. When no magnetic field is present, the analog output drives 1/2 of Vcc. The output varies rapidly with the applied magnetic flux density, and four sensitivity options allow for maximum output voltage swing depending on the desired sensing range. The north and south poles produce inconsistent voltages. The device can also adjust the magnetic sensitivity with temperature to counteract the natural shift in the linear performance of the magnet between -4 degrees Celsius and 105 degrees Celsius. The MT9106, MT9107, MT9108 and MT9109 series provide customers with a variety of packaging. The SOT-23 (thin profile) is used for surface mounting, and the flat TO-92 is used for hole mounting. All packaging is RoHS compliant. The MT9106, MT9107, MT9108 and MT9109 series are linear Hall-effect lC that responds proportionally to the magnetic flux density.
