NSM1053 TMR Latch
NSM1053 is a 3-wire fixed sensitivity TMR latch, which is industrial-grade magnetic sensors based on the tunnel magnetoresistance (TMR) effect to support high-precision, contactless digital position measurement within an ambient temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. NSM1051 features extremely low power consumption, with operating currents as low as 1.5μA for the 5kHz sampling frequency version and 200nA for the 156Hz sampling frequency version.
The NSM105X series consists of 3 product models, namely NSM1051 (unipolar TMR switch), NSM1052 (omnipolar TMR switch), and NSM1053 (TMR latch), which allow users to select different switching points, magnetic polarity, output polarity, low power modes, output interfaces, and package forms.
