The MT9221 is an integrated current sensing IC with built-in magnetic circuit developed specifically for current sensing applications in SOP-8/QFN-12 packages. The integrated temperature compensation circuitry ensures excellent temperature characteristics over the entire operating temperature range, and the chip is factory calibrated for sensitivity as well as quiescent (zero-current) output voltage, providing a typical accuracy of less than ±1.9% over the full temperature range.
