MT9223:Magnetic Current/Linear Hall Chip - Integrated current sensing chip

The MT9223 is an integrated current sensing chip with a built-in magnetic circuit developed specifically for current sensing applications. The built-in primary conductor resistor of 1.2mΩ can effectively reduce the heat generation of the chip. The integrated temperature compensation circuitry ensures excellent temperature characteristics over the entire operating temperature range, and the chip is factory calibrated for sensitivity as well as quiescent (zero-current) output voltage, providing ± typical accuracy of 1.5% over the full temperature range.
