The MT9523 product family is a fully integrated Hall-effect-based isolated linear current sensor chip for AC or DC current sensing in industrial, commercial, and communications systems. Each MT9523 consists of a precise, low-offset, linear Hall circuit with a built-in low insertion resistance current conductor path. The applied current flowing through the path of this low-resistance current conductor creates a magnetic field, which the chip converts into a voltage signal output proportional to the input current. In order to effectively suppress the external common-mode magnetic field, differential current sensing technology is used in the design to improve the accuracy in the magnetic noise environment. By optimizing the magnetic signal-to-noise ratio, the accuracy of the chip is improved.
