I²C and SMBus dual-channel two-way buffer
NCA9617A is a BiCMOS dual bidirectional buffer designed for I²C bus and SMBus systems. The component allows bidirectional voltage level shift (up-conversion and down-conversion modes) between low voltages (as low as 0.8V) and higher voltages (2.2V to 5.5V) in hybrid applications. During level shift, this component extends I²C and similar bus systems without impairing system performance.
