Isolated Current Sampling Amplifier With High Reliability and Extra-Wide Body
NSI1311-DSWWAR is a high-performance extra-wide body isolation amplifier based on NOVOSENSE capacitive isolation technology, with output and input separation. The single-ended input signal range of the device is 0.02V to 2V. The high input impedance of NSI1311 makes it ideal for connection to high-voltage resistor dividers or other voltage signal sources with high output impedance. The device has a fixed gain of 1 and provides differential analog output. Low offset and gain drift ensure accuracy over the entire temperature range. The high common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) ensures that the device can provide accurate and reliable measurement results even in the presence of high-power switches (such as in motor control applications). The fault-safe function (high-side power supply voltage missing detection function) simplifies system design and diagnosis.
