MT9211:Magnetic Current/Linear Hall Chip - Programmable Current Sense Chip Description:
The MT9211 is a high-speed (150KHz bandwidth) programmable current sensing IC developed specifically for current sensing applications in a SIP-4 package. The integrated temperature compensation circuit on the chip guarantees excellent temperature characteristics over the entire operating temperature range. With the dedicated programmer, users can easily customize the sensitivity (0.707~22.624mV/gs). The quiescent output voltage can be optimized to 50% VCC through factory programming.
