Digital Temperature Sensor with I2C Port in Wafer-level Package
The NST103 is a digital output temperature sensor in a 4-pins wafer chip scale package (WCSP). The resolution of NST103 reading temperature can reach 1℃. The NST103 has a two-wire port compatible with both I2C and SMBus ports. In addition, the port supports multiple device access (MDA) commands, allowing the master to simultaneously communicate with multiple devices on the BUS without having to send commands individually to each NST103 on the BUS. It can connect up to 8 NST103s in parallel and be easily read by the host. The NST103 is particularly ideal for space-constrained, power-sensitive applications that have multiple temperature measurement areas that must be monitored. The specified operating temperature range of NST103 is -40℃ to 125℃.
